<aside> ☑️ Setbacks are a major part of our journey towards progress. So it’s important that you know how to deal with them and keep on going even when they happen. When filling out the form, pay attention to the following: Date: the day that the set back happened Name it using only 1 word: Give it a name so that you can remember it later on Damage Control: write down all of the things you gave up on in order to have that instant gratification. Everything you didn’t do, but that you would normally do on a work day How to avoid it: What now? How are you going to prevent it from damaging you again? Beware: wheter or not it happens again is not important, what’s important is that you prevent it from making you avoid working. Triggers: What’s the cause of the set back? was it a person, place, moment, feeling?
